- In this centre, emphasis will be laid on training for sports like athletics, boxing and archery.
- This center will be constructed under the supervision of Sports Authority of India (SAI).
- The construction of this center will be completed in the next 2 years.
- This initiative represents an unprecedented scientific approach to the development of sports in the Union Territory.
