- This committee’s mission is to identify Muslims from Rohingya, Bangladeshi foreign nationals, and the families of terrorists who have turned themselves in and are residing in Kashmir.
- The government of Jammu and Kashmir would compile a database of all foreign nationals and those living unlawfully based on the committee’s report.
- From January 1, 2011, this committee will identify foreign nationals residing in Jammu and Kashmir without authorization.
