- Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System 2.0 is the new grievance redressal system of the Central Government.
- Recently the new version of this system was inaugurated by Dr Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Science and Technology.
- It is a Public Grievance Portal and Automated Analysis System in the Tree Dashboard Portal of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.
- This system has been developed by IIT Kanpur.
- This dashboard provides quick tabular analysis of complaints lodged and disposed, complaints lodged state-wise and district-wise and ministry-wise data.
- It is enabled by Artificial Intelligence capability.
