India’s largest pumped storage project has been launched in Madhya Pradesh.This project is being set up in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh.The project was inaugurated by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.The project is being developed by Greenco Group.The project has a capacity of 1440 MW with a storage capacity of 7.5 hours.Its capacity can be expanded to 1920 MW with 6 hours of storage.

Recently Chief Minister Breakfast Scheme has been started by Telangana Government.Under this scheme, breakfast will be served to all students of classes 1 to 10 45 minutes before the start of classes.The breakfast menu includes Idli Sambar, Wheat Rava, Upma Chutney, Puri, Aloo Khorma, Tomato Bhaat, Khichdi and Pongal.The objective of this scheme is to provide food to about 23 lakh government school students.The state government has allocated a budget of Rs 400 crore for this scheme.The scheme will address the issues of child malnutrition, besides improving student enrollment in schools.
