Tilapia parvovirus (TiPV) is a small, nonenveloped single standard DNA virus.This virus was first discovered in China in the year 2019.In the year 2021, this virus was found in Thailand.India is the third country to get this virus.This virus lives in the gills, heart, brain, liver, pancreas, spleen, intestines, kidneys, eyes and muscles of tilapia.Recently, for the first time in India, this virus has been found in ponds in Walajah in Ranipet district of Tamil Nadu.It affects the freshwater fish tilapia and causes their death.

Bihar Agriculture Road Map has been launched by the President of India in October 2023.This agriculture road map is for the year 2023 – 28.This roadmap was launched in Patna.This is the fourth agricultural roadmap of Bihar.It aims to address the challenges posed by climate change and its adverse effects on agriculture, which is a key sector of the state.This five-year blueprint for agriculture places special emphasis on climate-resilient farming and increasing farmers’ income through technological and scientific interventions.During the programme, the President also unveiled the Bihar Agriculture Roadmap and its plaque.
